NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. This Sweepstakes is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or in Puerto Rico.

1. WHO MAY ENTER

This Sweepstakes is open only to those eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who are legal residents of the United States of America. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. When he/she enters the contest and signs up to receive email message promotions from Rosemont Industries and its subsidiaries, you must be actively subscribed to our email marketing system to be eligible to win. Employees of Rosemont Industries, LLC, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The winner may only win one (1) giveaway per 12 month period. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the determination made in selecting the winner, which selection is final and binding in all respects. Should the winner make any false statement(s) in any document relating to the Sweepstakes, the winner will be required to promptly return to the Sponsor any prize the winner received.

2. SWEEPSTAKES ADMINISTRATOR/SPONSOR

Rosemont Industries, LLC, d/b/a Golf Ball Giveaway, 16565 Pouncey Tract Rd, Suite 201, Rockville, VA 23145 (herein referred to as the “Sponsor”) is the sponsor and administrator of this Sweepstakes. The Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue this Sweepstakes or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notification. Any such changes will be available at https://golfballgiveaway.com/sweepstakes-terms-and-conditions.html.

3. HOW TO ENTER

The Sweepstakes must be entered by following the instructions detailed on the golfballgiveaway.com landing page. The entrant must fully complete the entry, which includes the following:

The entrant must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements to be eligible to win a prize.

4. DRAWING AND PRIZE

One (1) potential winner will be selected from the pool of eligible registrants by the Sponsor. The drawing will be held on the 1st and 15th of each month as long as the sweepstakes is running. The Sponsor reserves the right to end the sweepstakes program at any time by posting a final drawing date on this page. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase the chance of winning. The potential winners will be emailed, and such notification will direct them on how to redeem each prize. The potential winners will be required to sign and return to Sponsor, within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) in order to claim a prize. The sole method of notification is via email to the email associated with the entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit within the required time period, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason. The prize will be one (1) box containing 1 dozen (12) Golf Balls. The exact model for a specific drawing will be displayed on the main page of golfgiveaway.com in the time period before the drawing. The minimum retail value of the golf balls will be $40. Entrants acknowledge that the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with the brand of golf balls awarded as a prize. Prize Winners cannot assign or transfer their Prize claim to another person. No cash alternatives or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Sweepstakes Sponsor. If a Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Sweepstakes Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. Other restrictions may apply.

5. NO LIABILITY

By participating, Entrants and prize winners agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims made by any Entrant, prize winner, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of a prize or participation in any promotion-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes.

6. USE OF DATA

Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Entrants online, in accordance with its Privacy Notice. Please review the Sponsor’s Privacy policy at https://golfballgiveaway.com/privacy.html. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Notice. Sweepstakes Entities permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with select business partners for you to receive offers from those partners and with the other Sweepstakes Entities, and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Sweepstakes, for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment.
